Quantum Creators Room

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Quantum Creators Room studio facilities, equipment, and booking services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be made through our platform or approved channels.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized providers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a 20% fee of the booking value.
  • No-shows are charged 100% and are non-refundable.

4. Studio Use & Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Use the studio only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the space, equipment, and other users
  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

Prohibited activities include:

  • Illegal activity
  • Excessive noise beyond permitted use
  • Unauthorized commercial misuse of the space

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for all equipment used during their session.

Equipment Policy:

  • Equipment includes (but is not limited to): microphones, cameras, mixers, lighting, and accessories
  • Users must operate equipment properly
  • If you are not experienced, we recommend using your own equipment, or requesting assistance

6. Liability for Damage

By booking, you agree to the following:

Damage Charges

  • You authorize Quantum to charge the credit card used for booking for any damage to equipment
  • This includes microphones, cameras, mixers, lighting, and other assets
  • A refundable security deposit of up to $500 may be held until the end of the session

Replacement Costs

  • You are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged equipment

Cleaning Fees

  • Cleaning fees may apply for spills or excessive mess
  • Fees start at $199 (e.g., beverage spills)

7. Equipment Inspection Requirement

  • Users must inspect all equipment at the beginning of the session
  • Any issues must be reported within the first 15 minutes
  • Failure to report issues constitutes acceptance that equipment is in proper condition

8. Personal Property

  • Quantum is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items
  • Users bring equipment and belongings at their own risk

9. Session Time & Overage

  • Sessions must start and end at the scheduled time
  • Overtime may be charged at the applicable hourly rate or higher

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content created in the studio belongs to the user
  • Quantum does not claim ownership of your recordings
  • You grant Quantum the right to use content only if explicitly agreed in writing (e.g., marketing use)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Quantum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Quantum's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking

12. Disclaimer

Services and equipment are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quantum does not guarantee:

  • Specific recording outcomes
  • Compatibility with user equipment
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the studio
  • Violation of these terms
  • Damage caused by you or your guests

14. Force Majeure

Quantum is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
